I help you put together a tailored program for you, to do anywhere, anytime around your goals, needs and lifestyle choices.

  1. Understand safe movement for your body build through controlled fitness assessments.

  2. Understand your training HR zones specific to your goals.

  3. Build a body that is resilient, robust and less susceptible to suffering a musculoskeletal injury.

12 WEEK PROGRAM

Build strength towards a specific goal in mind.

Perhaps you’re already training hard, you’re familiar with your body and misalignments but you need a little extra help and support.

  1. I will guide you by creating complete sports nutrition plan to maximise performance gains and recovery.

  2. You will learn how to implement active recovery aligned with specific exercise protocols to enhance your performance; I’m qualified to help you pinpoint where your nutrition misalignments may stem from to get the best out of your training efforts.

    ** This program is for individuals that have bigger goals such as overcoming an injury, running a marathon, training for Hyrox or want to get fitter for something in mind **

Please NOTE*

  1. Each program is designed from scratch, please allow up to 14 days for it to be produced and communicated to you.

  2. Your comprehensive pre-consultation zoom call will be sent to you via email using the Google Forms platform.

  3. Macro calculations or diet plans are not provided as part of the tailored training plam, I do not believe that telling you what to eat and drink is sustainable, however, I will raise your awareness on the impact of your diet and vital nutrients towards achieving your goals.

  4. Tailored programs are delivered in a PDF format with video downloads containing all the information and hyperlinks to the exercise videos & explanations that you will need.

  5. Every persons movement systems, mental health, schedule and stress levels are different.
    I work with you every step of the way, if you need more time, that can be arranged. If I can’t help you, I will refer you!
