This is your midweek reset. Sweat Lane blends functional strength training with dynamic mobility work in a balanced, full-body session that will leave you feeling strong, open, and energised.

Expect smart programming that focuses on quality movement — not just reps — and always scalable to your level. You’ll move through strength blocks, mobility drills, and finish with a satisfying sweat.

FAQ:

  • Will there be a cardio aspect? Yes, you may be expected to run in your warm ups and integrate cardiovascular exercises, however, everything will be tailored to your level - even if you’re injured!

Start your weekend with a fun, high-energy group session that gets the body moving and the heart pumping. Community Condition is a partner and team-based workout focused on full-body conditioning — think circuits, intervals, and creative combos that build fitness, boost energy, and keep it social.

This isn’t about being the fittest in the room — it’s about showing up, having fun, and building strength together. Whether you're new to training or a regular mover, this session is fully scalable and always welcoming.

We wrap it up the One Lane way — with a coffee catch-up and a good laugh after class. Because connection is just as important as conditioning.

Class Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Class Options

    • Drop-In Pass: Single class attendance. Valid only for the date of purchase/booking. Non refundable.

    • 5-Class Package: Valid for 8 weeks from date of first class attended.

    2. Attendance & Rescheduling

    • If you are unable to attend your booked class, you may attend another scheduled class within your pass validity period.

    • Rescheduling is subject to class availability — please notify by email 4 hours prior to the start of your booked class.

    • Missed classes without notice will not be credited.

    3. Transfers & Refunds

    • Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.

    • In the event of illness or injury that prevents attendance for an extended period, please contact us to discuss possible credit extension.

    4. Expiry Dates

    • 5-class packages expire 8 weeks after your first class. Unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited.

    5. Safety & Participation

    • You must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating.

    • Participation is at your own risk; please work at a pace and intensity suitable to your abilities.

    • The instructor reserves the right to modify or stop your participation if safety concerns arise.

    6. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio

    • If a class is cancelled, you will be offered a replacement session within the pass validity period.

    • The studio reserves the right to change class times or locations with reasonable notice.

    7. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing a drop-in or 5-class package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
