ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE: HONG KONG (UTC +8)

Monday: 7AM HIIT IT FUNCTIONALLY (60 mins)

A fast paced cardio burner targeting eccentric and concentric intervals that torch your glutes, lower abs and burn minimum 500 calories!

Tuesday: 8AM MOBILITY (45 mins)

A feel good full body flow that targets the neck, hips, shoulders, ankles and spinal mobility. With focus on the regression and progression for all levels.

Wednesday: 6.30PM Foam rolling & Release (60 mins)

A technical ‘how to’ release areas of tension using a foam roller and a massage ball, understand areas of overcompensation and pain management.

Friday: 8AM HIIT & STRETCH FLOW (60 mins)

A 30 minute cardio burner followed by 30 minutes of fluid stretching in a flow like sequence.
