I’m Madi

I'm a British-born fitness and wellness coach on a mission to help individuals who feel stuck reconnect the missing link between mental and physical well-being. It’s taken me over 15 years of real-life trial and error — navigating chronic injuries, burnout, and mental roadblocks — to understand how the body works truly. From mastering movement mechanics to aligning training with nutrition, the menstrual cycle, and even your unique body type, I’ve learned how to optimise performance without sacrificing balance.

Because how you move, fuel, and recover today will shape how your body copes tomorrow.
